At NOC SHIFT Coffee Co., every order is freshly roasted and custom prepared specifically for you. Because coffee is a perishable product, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
That said — if something goes wrong, we’ll work quickly to make it right.

We believe great customer service matters just as much as great coffee.

Returns
We do not accept returns or require customers to ship products back.
Due to food safety and freshness standards, returned coffee cannot be restocked or reused.
Replacement & Resolution Guidelines
1. Incorrect Orders or Customer Errors
If an issue occurs due to:
- Incorrect shipping information
- Incorrect product selection
- Address entry errors
- Customer-requested changes after fulfillment
A replacement order may need to be placed at the customer’s expense.
We’ll still work with you to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
2. If We Make a Mistake
While rare, mistakes can happen during the handcrafted fulfillment process.
Examples may include:
- Incorrect grind selection
- Incorrect product shipped
- Labeling or fulfillment errors
If the issue was caused by us:
✅ We will replace the product at no additional cost
✅ We will prioritize and expedite the replacement shipment
3. Shipping Carrier Issues
Occasionally issues may occur during shipping that are outside our direct control, including:
- Damaged packages
- Lost shipments
- Delivered but missing packages
- Carrier delays
In these situations, we will work with you to determine the best resolution possible.
This may include:
- Filing a carrier claim
- Providing a replacement order
- Offering partial assistance depending on the situation
Our priority is keeping our customers taken care of.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in limited situations, including:
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors
- Situations where replacement is not possible
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or invalid chargebacks using:
- Order records
- Tracking information
- Delivery confirmation
- Customer communication history
Fresh Coffee Is Made to Order
Every order is roasted specifically after purchase to ensure freshness and peak flavor quality.
Because of this custom production process:
- Orders cannot be modified after fulfillment
- Orders cannot be canceled once processing begins
